All-Star Driver is proud to offer our Full Driver's Education Program and our 8 Hour Safe Driving Course to the students of Torrington High School. Classes are conveniently offered at tHS immediately following dismissal. If you already have an after school commitment, we have a convenient classroom location in Torrington with night and weekend offerings!

Insurance Carriers Recommended Driving Course for Students looking for an Insurance Discount!
This class offering includes 30 hours in the classroom and at least 8 hours behind the wheel. We offer package discounts if you would like to purchase additional behind the wheel training.
Entry Level with 8 Hours Behind the Wheel: $475
Basic with 10 Hours Behind the Wheel: $600
Intermediate with 20 Hours Behind the Wheel: $1250
Advanced with 30 Hours Behind the Wheel: $1850
Ultimate with 40 Hours Behind the Wheel: $2350
8 HOUR SAFE DRIVING COURSE
State Mandated Drug and Alcohol Driving Course Required for Licensing in Connecticut.
This class offering is the State Mandated 8 Hour Safe Driving Program. Behind the Wheel Lessons are not required with this course, but can be added for a discounted rate. Most insurance carriers do not recognize this course for a discount.

We handle your license test! We have packages ranging in price from $99 to $199. You can add these at the time of enrollment, or make your testing decision later. License Testing Services can be added to any Driving Package at any Time
