8 HOUR SAFE DRIVING COURSE
Our 8 Hour Safe Driving Course for Teens fulfills the minimum state requirement to receive a license. This program includes the required 2 hour parent class and the required Drugs, Alcohol and Driving program. Teen Students who choose this program are required to hold their learners permit for six months before they can test for a license. We also suggest checking with your insurance carrier, as most insurance companies will not provide a discount on automobile insurance to students that complete this program. Before purchasing, we strongly suggest first time drivers consider the Full Driver's Education Program.
The cost of this program is $125.
This course is offered on evenings and weekends at each of our classroom locations in Connecticut. Depending on your preference, you may either finish the course in 2 four-hour sessions or 4 two-hour sessions. At the conclusion of the course, students will receive a completion certificate which they must present to the DMV at time of testing.
